About Montessori West Christian School

Rooted in Faith. Guided by Montessori.

At Montessori West Christian School we believe every child is created by God with an innate curiosity, a love of order, and the capacity to grow in wisdom and joy. Our program is built on the timeless insights of Dr. Maria Montessori and enriched with a Christ-centered worldview, so children develop spiritually, intellectually, socially, and physically—one purposeful day at a time.

Our Montessori Heritage

More than a century ago, Italian physician Dr. Maria Montessori observed that children flourish when we “follow the child.” She designed hands-on materials and a carefully prepared environment that allow students to choose meaningful activities, concentrate deeply, and master new skills at their own pace. We see these same hallmarks—Montessori called them the traits of a “normalized” child—emerge in our classrooms every day.
